FAQ:

Q1. How can I subscribe to the affordable subscription plan

You can subscribe to the plan during registration when prompted. Due to limited available spots for quality service to all our patients we recommend that you sign up during the registration. If for some reason you did not, then you can go to your Profile page" by clicking on your name and choose your subscription plan from there too. If any questions please call our customer service.

Q2. I am an employer and want to get all my employees enrolled.

Please call us at the support number and we can set you up very quickly.

Q3. What medical conditions can you treat online?

We can treat more than 150+ symptoms online so you dont have to go to a doctors office such as cough, cold, UTI, Sinus issues, rashes and more. If prescriptions are needed they will be sent to your pharmacy. This service is not designed for an emergency so in case of a medical emergency please dial 911.

Q4. How do I talk to the doctor? How fast do the doctors respond?

Our doctors will call you the same business day for all requests made during the working hours. Our doctors will use voice calls or video chat depending on the medical symptoms to make the diagnosis and recommend treatment.

Q5. What if my medical problem cannot be treated online?

Not all medical problems are safe to be treated online. Our doctors will review your case and if they believe your medical issue needs a physical visit to a doctor or clinic, they will tell you. They will also guide you to the most cost-effective option in their opinion, based on your medical diagnosis; such as Primary care office, Urgent Care or Emergency room (ER). In general ER visits are the most expensive and the Primary care office visits are less expensive.

Q6. What about prescriptions?

If your physician after online evaluation decides that you need a prescription, they will send a written script to the pharmacy you choose during the visit. You will then go to the pharmacy to purchase your medications. Our physicians always do their best to prescribe generics, if available, to reduce your healthcare costs.
